In simple terms, a man was murdered and a suspect arrested before himself falling victim to murder. The FBI subsequently found no evidence of conspiracy; nor did a blue ribbon committee in 1964. Both found abundant evidence pointing to the slain suspect, mostly circumstantial, and nearly all of a questionable provenance. A second inquiry in the 1970s by the HSCA found new evidence but allowed conflicted agencies too much latitude resulting in the withholding of perhaps vital information. It nevertheless found evidence of a conspiracy through scientific analysis of a sound recording. Out of time and money, the committee recommended that the Justice Department follow through. The response instead, was the commissioning of a second analysis of the recording. This found nothing which did not fit a single gun scenario, and so again, the case was closed. The mission of this site is to become obsolete. A new, unfettered and open inquiry will make it so. In order to help obtain this outcome, we present new evidence, along with fresh insights into the case and the Ellroyesque characters who inhabit both center stage and the marginalia of the historical records. In doing so, I pay homage to the operations of the Assassination Records Review Board and acknowledge the internet as providing a decided advantage over those who came before.

Welcome to the New Look Reopen JFK Case Site

The old site was hacked and infected. A subsequent rebuild was unstable and failed. As a result, some content, as well as the membership list was lost.

It will take some time to get the residual content back up, and to get the site looking and working the way it should. In the meantime, please consider joining, and even contributing original research, contemplations or questions.

Members also have access to their own blog.

In good faith, we, the people, can prevail.
